Rumen is our newest addition to the team as a System Administrator, bringing extensive experience in IT Support, a journey that started with a hands-on approach to helping end users. His career took a significant turn when he became a passionate advocate for Libre Software, embracing the power and potential of open-source solutions. This enthusiasm drove him to pursue formal education in Computer Systems, opening doors to the corporate world and ultimately leading him to Brandenburg Labs.
At Brandenburg Labs, Rumen thrives in our strong team spirit and clear objectives that define our office culture. He values the motivational atmosphere and the opportunity to work with tangible cutting-edge technology, which provides him with daily inspiration. For him, the combination of a united team and pioneering engineering makes his role truly unique and impactful.
Rumen stands out for his exceptional team player qualities, high standards for his work, and comprehensive expertise in IT systems. In his leisure time, Rumen enjoys spending quality time with his family, staying fit at the gym, and indulging in his passion for baking pastries.
Looking ahead to the future, Rumen envisions himself achieving advanced proficiency in German, pursuing a Ph.D. in his field, and working toward gaining greater industry recognition for Brandenburg Labs and its exceptional team.
Fun fact: For seven years, he owned and worked in a Spanish Tapas Bar in Madrid, a venture that reflects his entrepreneurial spirit and connection to his roots.
