Last week, the Brandenburg Labs team headed to Anaheim, California, to exhibit at NAMM Show 2026, joining the German Pavilion in the Pro Audio Hall at the Anaheim Convention Center. From January 22–24, we welcomed audio professionals, researchers, educators, enthusiasts, and members of the press from around the world to experience Okeanos Pro, our professional solution powered by Deep Dive Audio technology.
Throughout the exhibition, visitors had the unique opportunity to try out demonstrations of our pioneering Deep Dive Audio technology, an advanced system that reproduces virtual sound sources through headphones with such precision and spatial realism that they become indistinguishable from real sound sources.
“Best of Show” award at NAMM 2026 from Headliner Group
We were honored to receive the “Best of Show” award at NAMM 2026 from Headliner Group’s editorial team. Throughout the show, Headliner Group’s editorial team evaluated products across the exhibition and selected a small number of “Best of Show” awardees. The awards are editorially selected and highlight products that stood out for innovation, relevance for audio professionals, demo quality, and overall industry impact.
Okeanos Pro, our headphone-based immersive audio system designed for multichannel mixing, spatial monitoring, education, and research, was recognized following our live demos and the strong interest it generated from audio professionals throughout the show. This award reflects the positive industry response and meaningful engagement we received during NAMM.
Hollywood Demo Event at Formosa Audio Group / Paramount Studio Lot
Following the exhibition, we continued our U.S. activities with a successful demo event in Hollywood, Los Angeles, including a special event in cooperation with the Audio Engineering Society (AES LA), where our CEO, Prof. Dr. Karlheinz Brandenburg, delivered a talk titled “Experience the Future of Immersive Audio.”
On January 27, at the Formosa Audio Group (Formosa Group) / Paramount Studio Lot, guests ot an impression of our Deep Dive Audio technology for themselves. had the opportunity to experience Deep Dive Audio. We were honored to welcome members of the Hollywood audio community, including jazz legend and Grammy & Academy Award winner Herbie Hancock, alongside other Grammy and Oscar winners and several industry professionals. The feedback and reactions to our demos were overwhelmingly positive.
NAMM 2026 kicked off with great energy, and it was inspiring to connect with so many experts and enthusiasts who took the time to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and exchanged ideas with our team. From hands-on demos to in-depth technical discussions, the event served as a key meeting point for innovation in professional audio.
