Your tasks
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for Audio Software Development to contribute to our team of audio enthusiasts. Your tasks include the conception, planning, management, and control of several software projects with medium complexity and the coordination of small teams of developers. You will define work packages, project timelines, and costs, manage the implementation, and control outcomes. Also, You will be the contact person for external project partners and stakeholders. As an integral part of our team, you will contribute to transforming cutting-edge research into product-ready software.

Your profile
What we need

  • University degree in Computer Science, Media Engineering, Business Informatics, or related subjects
  • Managed several medium to large commercial software projects/teams
  • Passion for and experience with audio technologies and acoustics
  • Good grasp of software architecture
  • You are a team player, and you have excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-understanding and problem-solving skills
  • Structured and self-motivated, independent work attitude
  • Excellent knowledge of software development with C++ or Rust
  • Experience in real-time DSP or embedded programming
  • Familiarity with data-oriented programming
  • Proficient in German and English (orally and in writing)
  • Drivers license class B is preferable
